The original landscape had mature azaleas that had given their last hurrah, and the garden beds had become too busy and uneven over time. While the layout had charm, it lacked structure and visual flow. The once-colorful beds were now overgrown and hard to maintain, especially with Houston’s fluctuating weather and heavy clay soil.

• Defined garden beds with sharp edges and fresh mulch

• Low-maintenance plant selections with evergreen structure and seasonal color

• A refreshed brick path that adds architectural charm and leads guests gracefully to the front door

• We removed the tired azaleas and replaced them with compact, evergreen boxwoods to provide symmetry and form.

• Added layers of purple heart, soft liriope, and dwarf yaupon to create visual texture that lasts all year.

• The central curved brick path was redefined and bordered with new lighting for nighttime curb appeal.

• Finished off with premium shredded hardwood mulch.
